I am today beginning what I hope will be a journey of a lifetime for you and myself. Preparations for the “BIG Road Trip” are well under way and as the date approaches (Sept 6, 2007) I get more and more excited. The entire trip is a life long desire to “SLOW DOWN” and now that I am retired I can actually do that. The basics of the trip are outlined in my ABOUT page. So I will not bore you again YET with the “from Point A to Point B” stuff. Although after installing Microsoft® Street & Trips 2007 with GPS locator, and signing up for Verizon’s wireless phone service VZ Navigator®, trust me I can tell you exactly where to go, and how to get there.
As a professional photographer the very thought of exploring small towns and old buildings and TRAIN stations long ago abandoned is just about the most exciting thing I can think of (well almost!!)
